John and Alieta Eck, will be among the featured speakers.

Topics to be covered include health insurance options, Medicare, Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act, which is often referred to as "Obamacare." Additionally, the history of the Zarephath Health Center will be shared as well as current efforts underway in the New Jersey Legislature, specifically Bill S94, that could see additional non-government health clinics established throughout the State of New Jersey.

Since the inception of the Zarephath Health Center in 2003, we have had over 40,000 patient visits at no cost to the taxpayers," said Dr. John Eck, co-founder of the ZHC and a practicing physician for over 25 years. Eck went on to say, "We have been able to do so through volunteer medical professionals, office assistance and donated facilities, supplies and medication. We are thankful for the generosity of many people for many years. "

Dr. Alieta Eck, the other co-founder of the clinic and 2012 President of the national Association of American Physicians and Surgeons added, "The efficiency of our clinic is illustrated in the $13 per patient visit compared to the $150 per patient visit that it typically costs a government operated clinic. This savings is just one example of the benefits made possible by such an endeavor but it does not end there. The enthusiasm of our supporters and volunteers is clearly experienced by our patients and their families. They know that we care for them in every sense of the word."

The Information Session and Town Hall Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM at 144-146 Stockton Street, Hightstown, New Jersey.
